[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — about the refund | |||
I had booked ticket from toronto to bangalore on 7th may and return on 21st august 2019. Pnr no. Pkv65b. I wanted to reschedule the flight date and tried for three days but it did not happen. Then i requested for cancellation. Now it is more than 3 days still i have not got any message regarding the cancellation and refund of the booking. I have called goibibo in all the numbers displayed on the website. And gia was also not helpful at all. There was no customer care support. I never expected such a worst service from such a big company. I hope and trust atleast now you would take my request as priority and refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
