[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — account debited without booking flight. need my cash back. | |||
I booked a flight on 3/8/19 from delhi to guwahati at goibibo al-889 on 17/8/19 of rs.5096 and was making the payment using bhim app. I cancelled the transaction while it was processing and the flight booking was cancelled but my account got debited.. Transaction id[protected]. I checked with the bank and it's comfirmed that the money was sent to goibibo account. I have also provided a mini statement in the previous complaint. I still did not receive any update till now. I need my cash refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
