Dear team, I have send request to goibibo for cancellation refund of full fare for the untravelled ticket fare, since cathay pacific had cancelled the flights due covid-19 pandemic. I send request in march 20, you have also raised ticket but till date no response from your end. Cathay pacific also send confirmation mail with a request to raise the full refund through the agent. I have done a great mistake of booking tickets through Goibibo
My rs190000 is blocked and my travel plans have been checked
I am supposed why our government is taking up the issue of resolving the issues of its senior citizens
I hereby request the directorate of civil aviation authority should act and try to help it's citizens
They should initiate action against these nuisance creators for senior citizens
