We had booked a flight ticket for travel on July 1st, from chennai to mangalore. Booking was made on Goibibo site on June 19th and airline was Indigo airlines.However, Indigo sent an sms on June 28th stating the flight is cancelled due to Covid. Upon asking Indigo for refund of amount, they said that refund is processed to Goibibo since the ticket was booked through Goibibo. And they also said that we should followup with Goibibo for obtaining the refund amount. There is no support from Goibibo in this regard and we are left in the dark, without refund of our ticket money. We request your intervention for obtaining the refund money at the earliest. It was promised bu Indigo that there will not be any credit shell created and funds would be credited to our credit card account. However, since the since the trip status on Goibibo appears as travelled there is ambiguity. Hence this escalation. Kindly resolve this issue and help us get our money back.
