[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — airline refund

Had a flight from dubai to dehardun it was via flight from delhi that day i missed my flight becoz of air india flight was delay. So they already granted my refund but as per them goibibo will receive that amount first and they will send me. Now its done from air india now goibibo not ready to refund my money back ticket number[protected] please

This is reagarding my booking id HTLQZN69W7 & HTLCT74ZGF for which i have chasing you guys since 18 april but all in vain.

Everytime i call they say that issue is escalated to management n they will shorty call me back but its been 20days now n i have not received even a single call back.

Please look into the matter.
