Ibibo Group / Goibibo — airport car ride - too much of inconvenience caused and customer support not responding from more than a week | |
The cab arrived around 20 mins late & i had to keep on calling the driver to know the status where he is. Not only that, every time he kept on saying 5 minutes and i had to wait for him at the gate coz of this. Also, he denied to put on ac though i asked him twice & said there is no much fuel. It is showing yellow indication & he will get it filled. It's already 45 minutes and he still didn't do that. 1. It's really so hot & he didn't put on ac which makes me very uncomfortable. 2. What would happen if the fuel gets finished in the middle of the trip??? Who will be responsible if i miss my flight??? Also he argued with me to pay the toll taxes which is included in the fare. When i showed him the fare rules in goibibo, he then took some very bad route to avoid toll taxes. It was a pathetic experience and i have raised a complaint one week ago & contacted customer care several times but they always say they will get back to me which they never did.
