Hey there,
I tried to book a hotel ticket by Goibio on 3 January 2022.
First time the payment got failed. But the amount debited from my account. I thought the amount will get refunded shortly. So I tried for the second time.
this time the payment was successful. But when I check the account the amount credited two time. Then I searched about this in google. Then I found similar issues for more people. So I cancelled my ticket. This is a kind of cheating to the customers. Its happening for all the people. My statement record on this payment and second successful payment returned status are attached below with this complaint.
Please do the needful to get my money back.

ON 14 JAN 2021 I GOT ALL MY REFUNDS BACK. THE CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT OF GOIBIBO WAS NICE. THEY CONTACTED ME SO MANY TIMES FOR THIS QUERY THANK YOU GOIBIBO

Updated by gokul416 ON 3rd JAN 2022, I REQUESTED A CALL BACK FROM GOIBIBO, A WOMEN NAMED LIVA SEMWAL.
SHARED ABOUT THE ABOVE MENTIONED INCIDENT SHE SAID THE MONEY DEBITED WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION ON BOOKING WILL CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 72 HRS THATS TODAY 5 th jan 2022.
BUT NO RESPONSE AFTER THAT. THE MONEY DIDN'T CREDITED TILL NOW. THE SCREENSHOT OF THE DETAILS SHARED AND THE AUDIO RECORDING WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE AGENT IS ATTACHED AS A GOOGLE DRIVE LINK.
PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL ASAP.
