Hello,
This mail is regarding the booking ID GOFLDMTAND[protected] which shows that the booking was unsuccessful because we didn't receive the payment. But the amount is already deducted from m and it is more than 4 business days there no update from your side on the same, and neither your support app is working. It asks for the proof as a screenshot to raise the ticket but shows some sort of error while uploading the proof.
I am not getting any sort of support from your end.
Please look into this matter and reply ASAP.
