[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — amount deducted from credit card is more than invoice amount | |
I was a booking a flight on 5.6.2019 from warsaw(poland) to new delhi(india). After clicking on proceed to payment on goibibo app, otp was auto-read by their app & ticket was confirmed. I was surprised when checked Sms from bank that " ALERT: You've spent Rs.28912.32 on CREDIT Card xx3022 at GOIBIBO[protected]M on[protected]:10:23:02.Not you? Call [protected]. " While the invoiced amount is Rs. 27822 .which is sent by them on my email (same was shown when booking) called goibibo customer, They said they will increase the invoice amount and will resend it.. it has been more than 48 hrs., still no action has been taken . Also, what is this that " they will increase the invoice amount and will resend it.. "" refund my overpaid money(Rs.1090) Was this information helpful? | |
