Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Amount deducted from my bank account but bus ticket not get it

Today (11/09/2022) when i am booking in Goibibo app, for bus ticket Amount 1365 rupees deducted from my account but Bus ticket not issued. So i need refund the amount.

Updated by Dayyapparaj Yes received reply from goibibo and they will refund the amount with in 7 to 14 days .
