[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Amount of 70000 inr debited from my bank and it is not reached to merchant and not refunded to my bank account

Hi,

I have made a payment of 70000 inr to my merchant on 7th April 2021, During the payment it was redirected to ibibo web pvt Ltd gateway and the payment success. But my merchant not received the payment and it is not refunded to my bank account also. Initially I thought will be refunded, now I ma getting scared as it is 11 days already. Attaching the screenshot for your reference. Please resolve ASAP.

Updated by Kiran kumar setty Even my bank is not responding and no response from ibibo web pvt ltd also .I am in very much need .Is there a way to notify ibibo web pvt ltd again .

There is no resolution even after 13 days . Transaction done on 7th April 2021 and today's date is 20th April 2021.

There is no customer care number or email support for ibibo web pvt ltd . Please help on this issue .Its been 14 days crossed already .
