Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Amount-was-debited-from-my-account-but-ticket-was-not-generated.

11th August I booked a ticket from Patna To Bangalore but the amount was debited from my account but the ticket was not generated.
I tried so many times to customer care.but no option to reach your agent.Am very disappointed. I already contacted goibibo customercare but no action ...
