Hi, this is dr sajit kishan, regd mobile no [protected]. I have tried for a booking on[protected]. I have a transaction of rs.17298 via upi. Transaction id[protected]. This was for a booking to mangalore-auh on 24-11-19. I have contacted my bank they told the transaction has been successful and money has been transferred to goibibo. I am unable to reach customer care after multiple attempts. It is very horrible customer service. Uttelry disppointed. Please kindly respond.
