I had booked 2 rooms in hotel Hari International (Booking ID- HTLDNAN3VTW9AL6H). I had to check in after 12 pm. I reached the hotel by 12:30 pm, but there was no vacancy and I waited for 1 hour before my got my room.
The room alloted was dirty and the bedsheet and blanket had stains. Hereby attaching the proofs for your reference.
I contacted the customer support. There is no follow up. I tried to resolve my issue through the app, hut I cannot upload the images. There is some error. I tried switching the network and devices, still not working.
I escalated my issue more than four times, still no response. I stayed in the hotel for about an hour because the staff promised me that they'll clean the room. But no one came to clean. When I enquired again, they replied rudely and did not resolved the issue.
