[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — bank transaction for hotel booking completed but booking failed | |||||
On may 30 2018 i booked a hotel for 1 day in kalimpong on gobibo website. I paid an amount of rs.2322 through sbi internet banking and transaction id is [protected]igadpvzyu5 transfer to 459. But i did not get booking confirmation. I enquired with bank too and they clarified that transaction is completed at their end. My kind request to goibibo to look into the matter and refund my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
