[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — bank transaction for hotel booking completed but booking failed

On may 30 2018 i booked a hotel for 1 day in kalimpong on gobibo website.
I paid an amount of rs.2322 through sbi internet banking and transaction id is [protected]igadpvzyu5 transfer to 459. But i did not get booking confirmation. I enquired with bank too and they clarified that transaction is completed at their end.

My kind request to goibibo to look into the matter and refund my amount.
