Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booked a hotel, no hotel at that place

It was 4th week of feb when i and my friends decided for the north tour, after completing the tour when we were returning back to delhi i booked a hotel near airport area but when we reached the spot there was no such hotel. It was around 12am and after continuously complaining on their customer care number we were alloted a different hotel at different place far away from the said location at around 1.30am, after asking for compensation the company executive which was talking to me straight away said "aapko already hotel de diya gaya hai, aur aapse jo ho sakta hai kar lo". I know this is very much late to complaint about this issue but i just want to aware people about this malpractice
