Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booked hotel has no tie-up with goibibo | |
Dear team One of the worst service i have received from goibibo. Booking number htlpfzgt2m This booking i have made payment in advanced but when i entered the hotel, they told me that this hotel has no tie-up with goibibo hence they can't provide any room. I was travel around 200 km with my wife and five years twin children. Continue i called up their executive but after four hours i have not received any kind of alternative hotel arrangements. After that again i have booked another hotel name is maya from their site. When i went there they have charged me rs1180 for five years infant for per head per day. I have paid rs 4720 extra for two five years boys. Around 4 pm i have received a phone call from one of their female executive and she told me that this extra amount which i am paying for children goibibo will pay and also different amount from last hotel to new hotel also paid by goibibo. From very next day my harrassment again start. I have received atleast 20 times phone calls from different executive and all they are telling "he can solve this issue pls tell me from beginning." Now you have paid me only my booking amount. My question are Why you have not informed me earlier when you knew you have no tie up with camelia hotel? Who will pay for my four hours harrassment? Who will pay me when i shifted lower grade hotel with higher value? Who will pay extra rs4720? I need full refund including my extra payment of rs4720. Need revert on this.
