I have booked hotel online via goibibo. Booking id is [protected]. I have got confirmed booking voucher. Upon reaching hotel, they denied to allot room to us and said we don't accept online booking. If they don't accept online booking, then why it is listed on goibibo site and why did they accept online payment and generate confirmation voucher. Now, i am trying to call goibibo customer care for 100% refund amount but they are not responding on toll free number. They are not even receiving calls despite of many calls.
