Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booked hotel with advance payment but check in denied by hotelier | |
Dear all, Worst experience of my life with go ibibo, We were group of 13 person was travelling to udaipur and booked 5 rooms for 13 peoples with advance payments as well early check in confirmations at hotel yois udaipur, When we reach at hotel, hotelier denied to give check in to all as they were not having single rooms to give us, and they have told us that this was the system error and taken booking but we don't have any rooms please talk to go ibibo we cant do anything in this matters. When we contacted go ibibo they told us to wait for 10 minutes as they will check and give us alternate with same facility, but after three calls from my end with avg. Time of 45 minutes and after 4 hours they called me for alternate, when i have already booked other hotels, we 13 people were waited on road for 4 hours. And the tragedy is after 1 months and several calls and emails to go ibibo we did not get any refund or any courtesy calls regarding this, no one is responding on calls as well mails that weather we will get our money back or not.
