I booked a ticket AMDO2BPXE ( for 2 persons ) from Goibibo in Feb 2020 by British Airways Sin-Lon-Sin, but due to covid & travel ban, could not travel on my travelling dates, which was April 2020. I received a confirmation from Goibibo, that my ticket is extended for 2 years. Recently when I sent email ( As there was no contact number any more), I got a reply your ticket status is closed. For any refund or trip cancellation, pl visit my trip page. When I logged in on that page, it says no such booking? I had no option but to write a consumer complaint. Pl help me to sort this issue, as I would like to travel in sep 2022.
