Dear Sir/Madam
I booked two tickets with goibibo on 03rd Feburary 2020. Due to Covid the flight was cancelled and I am fighting eversince to get my money back. Here are the details of my ticket:
1) Flight booked for 18th Arpril 2020, from BRU(Brussels)-MAA(Chennai) via IST(Istanbul). goibibo booking ID GOFLI2A[protected], PNR of the Indigo flight LLTVMQ and PNR of Turkish airlines SFKEG4.
2) The passangers are Ananth Kaniutraja Santhana and Sophia Mary.
On the website I see refund was processed since 6th Oct 2020, Before that this trip itself was missing from my trips. And since 6th Oct it is the same as the screen shot attached. Today is 20th Oct 2020. I have tried everything-- calling the customer care(which is no longer answered at all. The IVR gives an automated reply and disconnects) writing mails to thier non existent mail address. All have just been a waste of time.
3) I have called up Indigo airlines as well to help me out and they have confirmed that the money is already refunded to the third party vendor of goibibo(transaction id[protected]. That means its Goibibo which is withholding the refund amount.
I want my full refund of Rs 55, 543 back to my account immediately. I have been a loyal customer of Goibibo but this is true fraud of fooling the customers and not listening to their issues just turning deaf ears to their complains.
