Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Booking Aborted and no information about the same in the booking status or of refund | |||
I hade made a hotel booking using the Goibibo mobile app for 15.02.2021-16.02.2021 at Days Hotel by Wyndham, Near Jyoti Chowk, Jalandhar City, Jalandhar for 2 rooms (4 adults + 1 child) on 15.02.2021 and payment was made by me through the UPI transaction for confirming the booking to the Goibibo app and an amount of Rs.4077/- was also deducted from my bank account. I have been trying to reach the customer care to now about the status but it is of no avail and the booking for the said Hotel is also not being reflected in my account of the Goibibo app. However, the Goibibo company has sent me an email asing to mae the payment and if already done then to ignore the same. After many efforts from my side, when I tried to search for the booking status through the "Booking ID- HTLVBMH8P", then the status was shown as aborted and no effort whatsoever, has been made by any executive of the Goibibo company to inform me about the status of my booking and further no mention of the refund has been made so far, which is highly unprofessional and fraudulent on behalf of a Company which claims itself to be reputed and well-serving company. Request to resolve the issue at the earliest and to refund my money. Also all the numbers given in customer care are either not reachable and the rest are invalid. Was this information helpful? | |||
