[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booking air tickets money deducted but tickets were not booked

I tried booking ticket from hyd to goa round trip and the payment of 39, 878 was deducted from my account at ibibo but tickets were not booked. And payment is dated on 14th may 2019 at 5.20pm. So please refund the amount as soon as possible after the valid verification. I booked it from online my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I want all the money to be refunded please.
