[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booking date change automatically. | |
We were booking the flight ticket from Delhi to Brussels through goibibo website and the date for booking was 21 April. After the payment the booking date is changed to 28 April. I wanted to change the booking for 21 April, tried calling the number provided but due to some high volume I am not able to reach the customer care (emails, phones, chats). Please help us resolve it asap. Its an urgent case. Even when we chatting with the support they are showing wrong bookings (details attached).
