[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booking denied | |||
Booked through you in fern residency in rajkot. On 4/7 for 2 rooms. Money paid by card & confirmed. Till midnight, rooms were not allotted & denied. Finally after a lot of hassles, got the rooms past midnight. Goibibo could not be contacted. Never again anything through your portal, cheating by goibibo, extremely bad experience & find this portal very very unreliable. How on earth you can let your customer go through such horrible experience? Your helpline is pure trash & junk. I can easily call you fraud Was this information helpful? | |||
