Pathetic Experience with IBIBO I book a room for 31st of oct 2019, at Mandi, through GOIBIBO app with full payment When i reached the hotel at 7:30PM (as per my travel plan) the hotel denied for check in. Because it is paid booking and the company do not pay to hotel for long, and they have huge due balance against GOIBIBO. I called goibibo customer support but no one was there to respond. GOIBIBO such an ignirant that they sent me invoice for my stay. I am not contacted till now. Please donot go for goibibo. Was this information helpful? | |
