[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booking id: mysmf[protected] | |||
I have booked business class ticket through Goibibo on 16th April 2019 for two persons. I have received a confirmation mail stating that the booking is confirmed and it clearly shows Business class in the mail. But I have received a mail from Emirates that the ticket is confirmed in Economy class. I have booked for business class then why its Economy from Emirates? Tried a lot to reach goibibo team but no use. They does't have provision to contact them neither mail id to reach them on this issue. I don't want to change my travel dates.
