[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booking not found at hotel | |||
I had made a booking for three rooms for 6 adults and 3 children for our stay in mount abu through goibibo in hotel golden berry for two nights i. E. 13th and 14th june 2019. Upon reaching the hotel at around 1 pm we found that the hotel does not have any collaboration with goibibo and the hotel has filed an fir against goibibo as they have on their own put golden berry hotel in their portal. When i called on the number provided in booking which was of oyo i was informed that oyo is not responsible for this booking and i need to call goibibo. When i reach goibibo i was informed that i will be getting a call back in 5 minutes but that 5 minutes took 3 hours to come and by the time goibibo called me i had booked a hotel.
