[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booking refund amount not received

Twice booked train ticket, booking id trndf5bezfutrd and trndf5bfh43fig, on 01.10.2018 booking not done but rs. 4030/- amount deducted twice, called customer care - within 14days it will be refunded but not received till date, service request no.[protected] provided, bt till date amount not refunded, not able to contact the customer no., they say no booking found now...

I have cancelled two train tickets on 18th september 2018.but till now refund amount not updated in my bank account.i have sent multiple emails to goibibo.but they have not solved the problem.they told me to contact with bank.but bank told to communicate with goibibo.i have shared bank statement with goibibo.but no initiative from them.
