This ticket was for yesterday (3rd nov). I went to the venue with my family to get the bus. After waiting for around 1 hour for the bus i made a call to goibibo customer care to know the status of bus location. And customer care executive notified me that your bus is cancelled for today and we cannot provide any alternative bus also for today. Regarding cancellation, i didn't receive any messages from goibibo or from bus operator regarding. That service was very disappointed and i had a business meeting in indore for that i had to bear loss of more that 10k. Also i had many lined up deliveries which i couldn't attend. If needed you can go through and check in your system regarding the issue. And it was a big mistake from your side and i would take this to the court if wouldn't resolved. I request goibibo to gave me the waiver of my loss (Min 10k) and also refund my money. Was this information helpful? |
