Hi Team,
I am writing this email to bring to your attention that I had booked a bus ticket for 8th May 2023 from Barabanki to Jaipur through your mobile app. However, the bus was cancelled by operator without any explanation. I was informed about the cancellation through a call.
I was expecting a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket. However, even after 7 days, I have not received any refund. I have tried contacting your customer support team multiple times but have not received any satisfactory response.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and initiate the refund process as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the status of my refund.
