I booked one ticket from bangalore to pune where drop time was 10 am but due to break failure i reached at 9 pm. On 3rd at 12am my exam was there which i missed due to this bloody bus issue, if you can't provide good service and punctuality then why you taking this type of job where customer has to reach on time even though i missed my flight too, after exam my flight was there at 10 pm that same i missed where i lost my money as well as important exam too. I will not leave you people simply for this same.
Seriously bad service provided my this bus, no facilty for blanket, that also we have to share with others what is the hell service you are giving. Even charging point was not working then what type of feedback you are expecting from your customer.
I want my complete amount to be refunded right now and my flight booking amount too because of you it got missed.
