I booked bus ticket from Goibibo on 18th June 2022 in Tiwari motors which runs from Saharsa to Patna. When I reached to bus stand yesterday around 06:30 PM, the bus operators didn't allow me inside the bus. They said that they don't give value to online booking. And showed them tickets of goibibo. But they didn't listen. I tried to call goibibo customer care, but unfortunately, there is no service available for customer care executive. I tried to cancel the booking then. But I was not able to do that. And because of this, I missed my flight as well. Goibibo later on moved my trips to completed. I am looking for full bus fare refund + settlement amount from goibibo and Tiwari motors. I will share all the details here if required. Booking ID - GOBUSAND56843D1774
