I've booked a car on the date 03/10/2022 12pm to 10 PM of the same date ( Booking ID - BTXAZTVH1C1E037 ). But after reaching the location I didn't find the vehicle and I also didn't received any contact details or vehicle details. Then I called the customer care and after 15 minutes of conversation they found to know that the booked car is not available and also they informed that there is no replacement cars available at nearby my location. Because of this I've lost my valuable time and my travelling expenses got doubled, I also got embarrassed in front of my family members. If the vehicle is not available they have to inform me before the mentioned pick up time. Because of their irresponsible behavior I've traveled few hours from my place to collect the vehicle and my total trip plan got spoiled. So I demand a compensation along with the refund.
