Sir, i had booked ticket by goibibo on 17th feb 2020 from chennai to kochi pnr no. D6sghv on 23rd march 2020 total amount paid as per goibibo is rs.4654 and i cancelled the ticket on 20th feb 2020. As per cancellation charges 96 hours rs2500 refund but only rs164 is given. Refund breakup Amount paid 4654 Total penalty 4490 Cash refund 164. Can you explain this refund.
