[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — cancellation refund train | |||
Hi team, Pnr-[protected] Dt:20-12-19 I have partially cancelled the booking on dec-12. It was confirmed amount would refund within 26-dec. But amount is still not refunded to my account. I don't know the reason behind this. This is not fair. I just dont want to use the goibibo app in the future. I dislike the app completely. Please do the needful. Thanks & regards, Nikila s.
