I have made 2 air ticket bookings and 3 hotel bookings through goibibo for which they contacted me back to back after booking my flight was cancelled by the airline because of coronavirus. Now i am trying to get in touch with goibibo since a week as my bookings are non refundable they don't take calls neither do they call back. They made promises to me to call back on social media and never did so. It is a fraud company please don't use this website, i am registering a a consumer complaint too.
