Ibibo Group / Goibibo — cancelled flight ticket directly with airlines, goibibo not processing refund | |
I have cancelled my fight booking directly with the airlines. They have processed the full refund in goibibo account. However i have not received the refund from goibibo. I have tried to reach out to goibibo multiple times but could not reach to their customer care executive. We have filed complaint with goibibo email support as well but did not receive any response even after 72 hrs.
