[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — cancelled my stay and indirectly forced me to cancel my trip - loss around 10000 rupees | |||||
Hi sir, I booked my stay in yercaud on 30th sep 2017 via goibibo. I received confirmation of booking from gobibo. Now they communicated me that my stay will be cancelled due to fault from goibibo and hotel. Due to this cancellation, i have been forced to cancel my trip and it lead to loss of around 10000 rupees and wasted my one full day in handling with goibibo team. Hence i lodge a complaint against goibibo team and highly condemn their poor way of making their customers stranded in road due to their fault. Very pathetic service, not received refund for my flights since 17th August. GY1EYC and Y7PI7Y are my PNR. Looking ahead for refund in 24 hours along with some gesture amount. Else this should be my last booking.
