Ibibo Group / Goibibo — can't able to use gocash amount | |||
On 24th feb 2020 i filled a complaint in goibibo customer care whose ticket number is 31194735. I have not received any resolution from go ibibo. They are harrasing me mentally as they are not even listening to me. I called them so many times but then also they are not helping me out. I wanted to book a hotel on urgently basis and i called goibibo for the same as i was not able to use my wallet amount. Go ibibo customer service is so poor that they are not giving me any type of help. I also mailed them several times but they didn't reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
