[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — car provider | |||
I have booked a car pickup on 9th march 18 morning at 4am and the car not turned up, i started calling and later called the car owner, as per car owner car was standing at the pickup point, we took the luggage and went down after waiting n calling for half an hour car arrived. Once we reached the drop location we paid the said amount and the driver asked for extra 250 saying it's a night driver allowance. Which we paid by cash. Later i started getting call and abusive messages from the car owner, i have the message backup. I have blocked the owner. But have raised the complaint in goibibo review, but no response. The car start kilometer was sent at the arrival time and the end time msg was never shown. I was in a spiritual place for silence, and have metally faced issues.
