Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Cashback amount not credited on booking of Domestic flights | |||
I have booked three flights tickets with PNR Nos: O6RS3S, V7PWTF, KDB3VQ on 20th July 2016 with travel date of 30th Oct 2016 using promocode was GOHDFCD. With this promocode i should get a cashback of Rs 250/ticket (Total cashback of Rs 750) in my card within 60 days of booking but till date I have not received any casback in my card. I have already complained to GOIBIBO team thrice but have got the same answer that we will contact with our refund team. But till date no reply received from GOIBIBO team.
