Dear team,

I hv done booking for my hotel stay..it says it wil credit the cashback in 84 days bt it has been 6 month i haven't received yet

Kindly find attached image of the cashback for my following booking which i haven't received yet.

I HAVE MAILED THE COMPANY MANY TIMESBUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE REGARDING THIS BUT THEY SEEME TO BE INGNORING .
ITS PATHETIC WHEN YOU PROMISE SOMTHING TO CUSTOMER AND DONT DELIVER IN TIME, THIS IS THIRD EXPERIENCE I AM HAVING AND THE SAME ISSUE OF CASH BACK DONT DELIVER ON TIME
