I have been in contact with the goibibo team from feb 2019 because i didnt recieve cashback. They assure me that i will get within 15-20 days. Now it is may now and i came to know that still i didnt get the cashback. There were two queries of me:-
1. I had applied the citi bank credit card promo code of 10% on 28580. I got the cashback on 02/03/2019 of rs 2778/-. (Which i already got it)
2. Same i had applied for my next flight and the promo code was valid while making the payment, i have been chatting with goibibo team for so long they didnt mention what u r telling me now. Promocode was successfully applied at that time. If there was such a thing like it is valid for a single flight so how could it can get valid for my second flight. I also read the term and conditions very carefully and in my previous mails i clearly mentioned that i didnt receive the cashback of my 2 flights but your team never mentioned of such a thing of having cashback of just for one flight.
Lets say i have forgotten that i have read t&c or may b not, but i think most of people does the same thing as per the process: like we open app, choose flights accordingly n then select offers, after fill the details and make the payment. But in whole process if promocode is valid then only it will work whereas, i my case, one executive is saying u cant use promo codes twice and other was saying that u used the different promo code.
One executive also said while using app i[censored] have applied promo code it will show that it is valid but technically as per t&c it is not valid.. So hybrid kind of app. I have witnessed such drastic experience for the very first time..
