[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — charging money for false promises to rescheduling ticket | |
Hello I booked ticket on 12jan from johannesburg to bombay for 7th march travel date but after checking lot of flights and dates i was confused and booked for 7th feb by mistake in kenya airways i came to know it immediately and i raised my issue with ibibo to reschedule it to 7th march. I called customer service and they said they will send me link to pay more 350 rs within 30 mins on that link and it will be done in next 2 hours I paid in 10 mins and nothing happened in 3 hours so i called them back so they said it will take more 2 hours but it will be done I have been calling them every two hours and they keep on giving me more time Since 12 th jan i’ve been trying and on 15 th jan they said i have to pay more 7100 rs approx so date will be changed in 2 hours now how can i trust them again and pay more. In my first call they said cearly it will be done only in 350 rs Please help me they said i cant get money back if i cancel My booking id reference with ibibo is amduglirq Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 17, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After posting my complain here i got a call from ibibo in next 2 hours and they said they will reschedule my ticket without any extra payments and they did it and i am happy my money is saved
