[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — cheated by goibibo | |||
I booked the hotel from goibibo site and they had charged me Rs 2688/- where as when i checked out of hotel they had given me the invoice of Rs 2000 approx (i have original copy). They told me that they will not provide me the invoice of Rs 2688 as they rooms rent are lesser than the requested bill. They given me the invoice of Rs 2000 approx. I raised my complaint to their customer care and as result of that i received a mail that 1 call was not picked by me so they are treating my complaint as closed. I mailed them again and i received a call on which they told me that this their internal tie up and they won't give me back my differential amount. When i told them that i will move to consumer court than they told me in a sarcastic manner that you can. I feel cheated. Thanks Vineet Was this information helpful? | |||

2) Why booking has been cancelled
