GST has been charged by GoIbibo while booking and even I have mentioned GST number while doing booking through GoIbibo however Hotel Manager firstly denied to provide any GST invoice and later has committed to provide Invoice on lower value while check out however still has not provided any GST invoice even after complaining to GoIbibo while I was checking out from Hotel. This is real negligence of GST Invoice by both Hotel & GoIbibo while they charge GST from customer and does not have policies and process to provide GST invoice to Customer as per the Government rules. GoIbibo chrage high GST where in Hotel does not provide any Invoice and when you ak for invoice they will give you lesser value invoice and moreover Hotel says you have to contact GoIbibo and GoIbibo will redirect you to Hotel. Totally feel 100% cheated on GST paid to GoIbibo and pathetic behaviour of hotel empanelled on GoIbibo Booking ID HTLYFPTK3G Was this information helpful? | |
