Hi, I hv booked hotel girija for 2 night and feel guilty. No electricity, no food service, dirty saraundings. No hot water in washroom. No masquto net in the room we are a family with 2 kids undone to spend night with masquto. Pls suggest how can i stay 2nd night in this hotel. Kindly refund my amount against this hotel asap.
