Ibibo Group / Goibibo — check in denied by hotel | |
Inspite of paying hotel booking amount money in advance a month before stay i find on the day of booking that hotel has broke its ties with goibibo and then after hours of waiting i was given a alternative stay whice had the most pathetic service quality.. Basic things like drainage was not there in hotel and both hotel and goibibo for not care difficulties faced by me... And wen i asked for refund they denied.. Was this information helpful? | |
