Ibibo Group / Goibibo — compensation and refund for denial of check in by hotel in spite of confirmed booking on goibibo

I had booked a hotel Royal Inn Yamunagar booking id HTL5LH9ETJ but was denied entry as the rooms were full. Why is this goo[censored]p??? I had to suffer a lot, made calls to your customer care numerous time but query has not been resolved. I want my refund and compensation for the sufferings I had gone through the whole process in night in a unknown city for me.

In reference to your concern, please be informed that refund of INR 496 processed on the same account/credit card/mode of payment with which you confirmed the booking.
It must reflect in the respective account within 5-14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays), from the date of refund success.

Refund Date: July 7, 2019, 11:20 p.m.

Also, as per the conversation team had with you, 125 Non-promotional Go cash has been processed in your gocash account, which you can use completely in your future booking.
